We do not accept cancellations or change of heart returns. Refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty and cannot be fixed.

Shipping cost is non-refundable and are at the customer's expense unless we are responsible for the return.

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select stores which we screen on a case by case basis.

We want to make sure that our product is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well.
