We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

All orders Can be shipped by Australian Post, Courier Please, TNT or other courier company. Please allow 3-6 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

We typically ship orders in 3-6 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a courier tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@escooteroo.com.au and we will process the claim. Damages during installations or usage, won't be covered by warranty.

We do not accept cancellations or change of heart returns. Refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty and cannot be fixed. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. For any queries please contact us at support@escooteroo.com.au

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select stores which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that our product is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. However, we can supply in bulk depending on the stock availability.
